500W Super Power LED Floodlight

The 500W High Power LED Flood light is equivalent to 1000W Traditional Metal halide floodlight or 1000W High Pressure Sodium lamps. 

This series of Super High Power LED Flood light adopts modular design with compact structure. The unique HDT high power cooling technology with Fin style heat sinking structure ensures low temperature during operation. The 92% high reflective optical reflector made of pure aluminum gives out uniform light without feeling of glaring. The secondary light distribution beam angle of 60 degree can be served as high bay and floodlight. The pure copper heat pipe makes sure good thermal conductivity while the breather on the fixture can avoid moisture. The surface with high grade electrofusion treatment can prevent salt fog and therefore the fixture can be used in outdoor damp environment.

Installation:

Type A:  Hooking
Excellent choices for those areas where fixed light beam is needed, no need to adjust the angle.

1.    Install the hook first on where the floodlight will be set up, insure the hook can bear the weight at least 50kgs.

2.    Hang the floodlight to the hook

3.    Connect the wire to the power, Brown wire stand for L, Blue wire stand for N, Yellow and green wire stand for ground

        

4.    Switch on the power and make sure the light is on. Installation completed.
               

Type B:  Bracket Installation
Through beam angle adjustment, the floodlight could work as spot light and be used in shopping mall and other places where need special illumination.

1.    Remove the inner hexangular screws of the lamp, adjust the beam angle, then install the screw and fix it by Hexagon wrench.

2.    Have the LED Floodlights installed on the wall or ground: punch holes in the wall or on the ground, mounted expansion screw then install the LED flood lights with nuts.

3.    Connect the light to the power, Brown wire stand for L, Blue wire stand for N, Yellow and green wire stand for ground

4.    Switch on the power and make sure the light is on. Installation completed.
