Using Philips Lumileds LUXEON high-power high CRI LED modules connected via double-coupling IP68 connectors, the Modular series delivers the highest ingress protection level available in the LED high bay category while remaining fully field-serviceable without fixture removal.

The defining feature of the Modular series is its field-configurable wattage. Each fixture accepts 1 to 7 independent LED modules, configuring output from 30W up to 400W on the same fixture frame. Modules can be added or removed on-site as facility requirements change — due to racking reconfiguration, zone expansion, or changing illumination standards — without purchasing a new fixture. This scalability makes the Modular series the correct long-term specification for facilities undergoing phased development or frequent layout changes.

Each LED module is individually replaceable without removing the fixture from the ceiling or interrupting power to adjacent fixtures. For manufacturing plants, cold-storage facilities and distribution centres operating 24 hours a day, this pluggable architecture eliminates unplanned production downtime caused by single-module failures. Combined with a verified lumen maintenance of L70 at 50,000 hours, maintenance intervals and lifetime replacement costs are significantly reduced compared to conventional fixed-wattage high bay fixtures.

The Modular series features reliable waterproof protection with IP68-rated — the highest protection rating. This IP68 rating ensures moisture and dust cannot penetrate the LED modules, making the Modular series suitable for humid environments, damp industrial spaces and locations subject to occasional water exposure.

The Modular series is designed as a direct replacement for HID lamps across the full wattage range. The integral whole-structure heat dissipation combined with honeycomb briquette thermal design ensures stable LED junction temperatures during continuous operation, protecting lumen output and extending rated lifetime. Available housing colours include black, white, grey and blue to suit different facility aesthetics and OEM requirements.

Intelligent Controls and Mounting Options

Brightness is fully smart controllable via DALI, 0-10V or PWM dimming, and external motion sensor support enables automatic on/off operation for maximum energy savings in spaces with variable occupancy.
