Haichang Optotech Co., Ltd. (formerly “Haichang Industrial Co., Ltd.”) was established in 2008 in Hong Kong, with our manufacturing facility based in Shenzhen, China. For over 18 years, we have been designing, manufacturing and exporting energy-saving, eco-friendly LED lighting solutions for commercial, industrial and landscape applications — under our own brand or as OEM manufacturing for our clients worldwide.
Our comprehensive product range includes LED panel lights, linear lights, down lights, tube lights, flood lights, high bay lights (UFO & modular), solar LED street lights, outdoor garden lights, wall washers, spot lights, tunnel lights, strip lights, LED neon lights, signage modules, decoration lights and more. All products support dimming, CCT adjustment and smart lighting controls, and are engineered as high-performance replacements for halogen, fluorescent and incandescent lamps.
At Haichang, quality starts at the component level. We exclusively use branded LED chips from Philips Lumileds, Osram, Epistar and so on, paired with certified drivers such as Meanwell,LIFUD or BOKE — ensuring superior color rendering, minimal light decay and sustained high efficiency. Our in-house engineers design every optical structure and circuit layout to optimize heat dissipation, a critical factor in achieving long service life and reliable performance.
Our factory spans over 12,000 sqm with a team of more than 180 skilled professionals, operating under a strict ISO 9001 Quality Management System. All products carry CE, RoHS, TÜV, UL, DLC and ETL certifications, backed by a minimum 2-year warranty. Our LED lights have been successfully exported to markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Oceania, South America and Africa — including Spain, Switzerland, the UK, Netherland, the USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Peru and many more.
